Achievements: European Indoor and Outdoor silver medallist. 7x British Champion. 3rd on the GB all-time list. PB 17.64m.
Nathan is a Team GB Olympian who specialises in the triple jump. He made his senior debut in 2004, where he improved his lifetime best from 16.49m to 16.95m at the Olympic Trials. His final jump reached the sixth round, resulting in a qualification for the Athens Olympic Games.
In 2005 Nathan produced a PB with a jump of 17.64m. This resulted in him being ranked 3rd in the world and also 3rd on the all-time British triple jump list. He cemented his PB at the AAA Championships where he won the UK title for the 2nd consecutive year.
Some of his greatest achievements include, winning silver in the European Championships in Göteborg, Sweden in 2006 with a jump of 17.21 metres.
Other achievements include, winning silver in 2007 at the European Indoor Championships in Birmingham, United Kingdom, with an impressive jump of 17.47 metres, ranking him 2nd in the world. A few years later in 2013, Nathan placed third in the European Team Championships in Gateshead.
Nathan also has a Bsc in Sport and Exercise Science majoring in Psychology from Loughborough University. He is also an ICF ACSTH certified professional coach and is a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. He has successfully used these qualifications to become a Performance & Resilience Coach helping individuals and businesses to improve their performance. He also holds corporate Performance, Fatigue and Resilience workshops and designs corporate Health and Wellbeing events.
