Subscriptions are set up using a credit or debit card. Your card will be debited every time the product is dispatched..

How do I sign up for Subscribe & Save?

It’s simple to subscribe to a product; just select the 'Subscribe & Save' option, choose the delivery frequency you require and click 'Set up now'. Your subscription will be added to your basket like a normal order.

After you have placed the order you will receive an email confirmation with all the details. You will then be able to see your subscription details on the ‘My Subscriptions’ page in your account area on the website too.

How easy is it to edit my subscription?

It’s easy to change the frequency of your deliveries. You can manage your subscriptions on the website by logging into your account and clicking ‘My subscriptions’. Here you can view and edit all of your active subscriptions. Alternatively, phone our friendly call centre on FREEPHONE 0800 73 123 77.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team on 0800 7812345. Please note subscriptions must be cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled dispatch date to avoid any charges.

Is it possible to delay my subscription?

Black Ferns Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Below outlines the Terms and Conditions of the ‘Black Ferns Signed Jersey Competition’ (the “Competition”).

The Competition

  1. This Competition is run by Healthspan Ltd (‘Healthspan’). Only entries to the Competition that meet the Terms and Conditions specified below will be treated as valid entries.
  2. Use of Instagram shall be governed by Instagram standard terms of use.
  3. The Competition starts at 12:00PM on Wednesday 26th March 2025 and closes on Tuesday 22nd April 2025 at 11:59PM GMT.
  4. Healthspan reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Competition.
  5. Entry to the free Competition, for which no purchase is necessary, is gained by:
    • Liking and commenting on the Competition Instagram post on Healthspan’s Instagram account
    • Following @healthspan.elite and @superdrug on Instagram by 11:59PM GMT on Tuesday 22nd April 2025
    • Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over.
  6. There is one prize available: an official signed Black Ferns Jersey and an Elite All Blacks product bundle worth £200.
  7. Terms and Conditions of the Competition detailed herein shall be interpreted according to English Law.

Prize Selection

  1. Healthspan will randomly select one winner from all entrants and will formally notify the winner via direct message on Instagram by Friday 25th April 2025. The winner must respond within 7 days, or an alternative winner will be selected.
  2. By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that certain elements of the prize are outside of Healthspan’s control.
  3. Details of the prize winner’s surname and county will be available by messaging Healthspan via Instagram for one month after the prize has been claimed. Entrants may object to disclosure by messaging Healthspan.
  4. As a condition of entry, we reserve the right to publish the first name and country of competition winners.
  5. Any person entering this Competition will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  6. Healthspan will retain all entries in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations. Consent for direct marketing can be withdrawn by emailing pressoffice@healthspan.co.uk.

  8. The winner may be required to participate in non-paid publicity or advertising.
  9. Employees of Healthspan, Superdrug, related companies, agents, and their families are not eligible to enter.
  10. No alternative prize is available, and there is no cash equivalent.
  11. Only one entry per person. Entries through agents or duplication methods will not be accepted.
  12. Healthspan will not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by participants.
  13. By entering, each entrant agrees to release Healthspan from any and all claims related to the Competition.
  14. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  15. Healthspan reserves the right to amend or terminate the Competition at any time.
  16. In case of disputes, the decision of Healthspan shall be final.
