How much do I pay?

Subscriptions are set up using a credit or debit card. Your card will be debited every time the product is dispatched..

How do I sign up for Subscribe & Save?

It’s simple to subscribe to a product; just select the 'Subscribe & Save' option, choose the delivery frequency you require and click 'Set up now'. Your subscription will be added to your basket like a normal order.

After you have placed the order you will receive an email confirmation with all the details. You will then be able to see your subscription details on the ‘My Subscriptions’ page in your account area on the website too.

How easy is it to edit my subscription?

It’s easy to change the frequency of your deliveries. You can manage your subscriptions on the website by logging into your account and clicking ‘My subscriptions’. Here you can view and edit all of your active subscriptions. Alternatively, phone our friendly call centre on FREEPHONE 0800 73 123 77.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team on 0800 7812345. Please note subscriptions must be cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled dispatch date to avoid any charges.

Is it possible to delay my subscription?

Wendy Martinson

Registered Dietitian and Performance Nutritionist

Wendy has over 20 years' experience in high-performance sport. She has worked as Team GB Performance Nutritionist at five summer Olympic Games and most recently was the Performance Nutrition Lead for Team GB at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games (postponed until 2021).

Wendy started her career as a Dietitian within the National Health Service and for many years worked in both clinical and managerial roles based in central London.

Other achievements

Since focusing her career on sport, Wendy has worked with a wide range of organisations including British Gymnastics, GB Hockey, The Great Britain Rowing Team and The British Olympic Association. She also worked a season with West Ham United FC in 2002 and consulted with the England Football Squad in preparation for the 2002 World Cup and Euro 2004.

At the 2016 Rio Olympic Games she supported rowing, triathlon, sprint canoe, marathon swimming and road cycling. She was a consultant for LOCOG in the run-up to the London 2012 Olympic Games and was based at Eton Dorney during the Olympic Games period, providing nutrition support to rowing and sprint canoe. She worked in China at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and at the Barcelona holding camp prior to the Athens Olympics, 2004.

Qualifications

A graduate from King's College, London, Wendy is a Registered Dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council. She has a Masters in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from the University of Westminster and holds the International Olympic Committee Diploma in Sports Nutrition. Wendy is a board member and Practitioner registrant with the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register.

She currently works for the English Institute of Sport as Technical Lead Performance Nutritionist and Intensive Rehabilitation Nutritionist. She is also Consultant Nutritionist for The Great Britain Rowing Team.

Wendy was awarded an OBE for services to sport and nutrition in 2010.
