**We are dispatching orders as normal. Delays are due to disruption within the delivery service network. Most orders posted second class are received within 7 working days, but please allow up to 10 days before contacting us for a replacement.

When will my order be dispatched?
All UK orders placed before 11am are normally delivered into the UK Royal Mail system the next working day, however we ask that you allow 14 working days for the product to be delivered to your door, in case of any delays that may occur within Royal Mail. For deliveries to Europe, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery and for the rest of the world up to 15 days.

Where is my order?

Our warehouse is operating as normal but deliveries may experience delays of 2-3 days due to the current situation impacting our delivery providers.

Your order will have been dispatched by your selected delivery supplier, your order is regularly subject to routine checks by HM Customs and the like therefore we ask that you allow 10 working days for delivery to the UK, 14 days for Europe and 21 days for the Rest of the World before contacting us on the whereabouts of your order.

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order is still not received within this time frame, please contact and we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

Bulk Orders
All individual orders will be dispatched via your chosen delivery method. If an order qualifies as a bulk order it will be dispatched via courier service. Bulk orders consist of 15 or more packs per order.
