How do I sign up for Subscribe & Save?

It’s simple to subscribe to a product; just select the 'Subscribe & Save' option, choose the delivery frequency you require and click 'Set up now'. Your subscription will be added to your basket like a normal order.

After you have placed the order you will receive an email confirmation with all the details. You will then be able to see your subscription details on the ‘My Subscriptions’ page in your account area on the website too.

    What is Kick−Start Caffeine Gum?

    Each piece of Kick−Start Gum delivers 100mg of pure caffeine. Caffeine in the form of chewing gum is delivered faster than other forms as it is absorbed through the lining of the mouth (oral mucosa’) with approximately 85% absorption in 10 to 15 minutes, providing the perfect half time or in race boost.

    To release the caffeine effectively, chew the gum until the flavour fades and the gum has softened. Caffeine is absorbed through the mouth’s lining and about 85% is absorbed within 10-15 minutes of chewing.

    Each piece contains 100 mg of caffeine which is the equivalent of one standard cup of coffee in the UK.

    How many pieces can I take per day?

    Chew one piece at a time, or as advised by your nutritionist. You can take up to two pieces at once and up to four pieces daily. 

    When will I feel the effects?
