What is Vitamin D3 Spray?
Vitamin D is predominately synthesised in the skin through exposure to sunlight. Deficiency in vitamin D is common throughout the UK due to limited exposure to sunlight. For the majority of the year and particularly in winter, vitamin D synthesis becomes almost impossible, especially for athletes who train indoors. Vitamin D has so many benefits, providing support for bones, teeth, muscles and the immune system.

We've created an easy to use, peppermint flavoured vitamin D3 spray that effectively enters the bloodstream for maximum absorption and fast action.
