Black Forest Recovery Smoothie

Sports Dietitian Gemma Sampson shows you an easy and delicious smoothie that helps with recovery and repairing muscles after a workout.

  • 200 ml semi skimmed milk
  • 1 sachet unflavoured whey protein isolate
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 Healthspan elite performance cherry sachet
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend thoroughly.
  2. Pour into a jar, add a straw and grate over chocolate to serve.
