Black Forest Recovery Smoothie
Sports Dietitian Gemma Sampson shows you an easy and delicious smoothie that helps with recovery and repairing muscles after a workout.
Ingredients
- 200 ml semi skimmed milk
- 1 sachet unflavoured whey protein isolate
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1 Healthspan elite performance cherry sachet
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend thoroughly.
- Pour into a jar, add a straw and grate over chocolate to serve.
