High protein bircher muesli
This post-workout breakfast will help repair and build muscle with its high protein content. Perfect for after your morning run or gym session.
- 1 apple, cored & grated (leave skin on)
- ½ cup semi skimmed milk
- 1 Healthspan unflavored whey protein isolate sachet
- 1 Tbsp sultanas
- 1 Tbsp chopped almonds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup (40g) rolled oats
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and leave to soak overnight.
- Serve cold, add extra fruit or yogurt if desired.
