What is CLA Refine 1g?
A naturally occurring fatty acid found in our diet. CLA is produced by cattle and is therefore present in milk, beef and other dairy products. Providing 1,000mg of pure CLA per capsule, CLA Refine is popular among athletes and is best taken alongside a healthy diet and regular exercise.
